Product Description
Wine produced with sangiovese,canaiolo, colorino, malvasia and trebbiano ( in samll quantities) grapes, in accordance with tradictional instruction. The grapes are harvested during the first and the second week of october in the vineyards of the farm, and the wine-making process “tradictional governo toscano practice”. The wine stay in cask until may-june when is ready to be bottled. Colour: deep ruby colour. Scent: red fruits reminding marasca an violet. Taste: fresh, harmonic with a moderate tannin. To be served : it works with salted pork meats. Temperature: 16-18 C°
